以Heider为主导的教育理念对痛风性关节炎患者自我管理的执行价值

The executive value of the Heider-led educational philosophy for the self-management of gouty arthritis

目的探讨以Heider为主导的教育理念对痛风性关节炎患者自我管理的执行价值。方法选取烟台市烟台山医院风湿免疫科2020年6月至2022年12月收治的痛风性关节炎住院患者110例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各55例。对照组给予常规护理教育,观察组实施以Heider理念为主导的健康教育,观察并比较两组患者自我管理能力、血尿酸浓度、住院时间及痛风发作频次。结果观察组自我管理能力评分、住院时间、血尿酸浓度及痛风发作频次等方面改善效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以Heider理念为主导的健康教育的实施能有效降低体内血尿酸浓度,控制疾病复发,加快康复进程和提高生活质量,具有良好的应用前景。

ObjectiveTo explore the execution value of Heider-led educational philosophy on self-management of patients with gouty arthritis.MethodsA total of 110 inpatients with gout arthritis admitted to the rheumatology and immunology department of Yantai Mountain Hospital of Yantai from June 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group with 55 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing education,while the observation group was given Heider concept-led health education.The self-management ability,blood uric acid concentration,hospital stay and frequency of gout attacks were observed and compared between the two groups.ResultsThe self-management score,hospital stay,blood uric acid concentration and gout attack frequency of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe implementation of health education led by Heider concept can effectively reduce the concentration of blood uric acid in the body,control the disease recurrence,accelerate the rehabilitation process and improve the quality of life,and has a good application prospect.
