2型糖尿病患者线上就医行为的研究进展

Research progress on the online health-seeking behavior for patients with type 2 diabetes

近年来,线上医疗发展迅猛,2型糖尿病患者线上就医需求亦逐步上升,结合线上就医开展患者院外诊疗与管理是促进糖尿病管理的重要议题。本文从2型糖尿病患者线上就医的途径、线上就医行为的现状、影响因素及评价工具进行综述,分析线上就医相较于线下就医的优势和局限性,以期为开展2型糖尿病患者线上就医行为研究及护理人员规范2型糖尿病患者就医行为提供参考。

In recent years,with the rapid development of online medical treatment,the demand for online medical treatment of type 2 diabetes patients has gradually increased.It is an important issue to promote diabetes management to carry out out-of-hospital diagnosis and management of patients combined with online medical treatment.This paper reviewed online medical treatment approaches,situation of online medical treatment behaviors,influencing factors and evaluation tools of type 2 diabetes patients,and analyzed the advantages and limitations of online medical treatment compared with offline medical treatment,with a view to providing references for conducting research on online medical treatment behaviors of type 2 diabetes patients and nursing staff regulating medical treatment behaviors of type 2 diabetes patients.
