摘要
在大型风光基地项目中,配置电化学储能与光热熔盐储能可以较好地消纳项目光伏的弃电量,但如何耦合优化消纳以及项目的投资收益如何测算,直接影响项目的立项与投资决策。通过建立二元储能耦合消纳模型,对二元储能方式在不同耦合模式下消纳光伏弃电量进行计算,对比分析了电化学储能一体化配置模式、共享模式以及零收益模式下的项目资本金内部收益率等指标,提出了二元储能耦合消纳项目弃光的优化策略,为类似大型风光基地项目的立项与投资决策提供了可行的思路。
In large-scale wind and solar base projects,the allocation of electrochemical energy storage and CSP molten salt energy storage can better absorb the photovoltaic curtailment on the project,but how to couple and optimize consumption and how to measure the investment income of the project directly affects the project establishment and investment decision.By establishing a binary energy storage coupling absorption model,the binary energy storage mode is calculated to absorb photovoltaic curtailment under different coupling modes,and the internal rate of return of project capital under the electrochemical energy storage integrated configuration mode,sharing mode and zero income mode are compared and analyzed,and the optimization strategy of photovoltaic curtailment in dual energy storage coupling absorption project is proposed,which provides a feasible idea for project establishment and investment decisions of similar large-scale wind and solar base projects.
