摘要
以碳酸锶(SrCO_(3))、氧化锌(ZnO)、四氧化三钴(Co_(3)O_(4))和三氧化二铁(Fe_(2)O_(3))为原料,采用氧化物法制备铁氧体,研究了烧结温度对W型铁氧体吸收剂的物相组成、微观结构、粒径与孔隙度、内禀矫顽力H_(cj)和饱和磁化强度M_(s)、电磁参数等的影响规律。结果表明:烧结温度为1125℃时,尚未生成W型铁氧体;烧结温度为1175℃时,生成层片状的W型铁氧体;烧结温度为1225℃和1275℃时,所制备的W型铁氧体吸收剂展现出较佳的吸波性能。
Ferrites were prepared using the oxide method with strontium carbonate(SrCO_(3)),zinc oxide(ZnO),cobalt trioxide(Co_(3)O_(4)),and iron oxide(Fe_(2)O_(3))as raw materials.The effects of sintering temperature on the phase composition,microstructure,particle size and porosity,intrinsic coercivity H_(cj),saturation magnetization M_(s) and electromagnetic parameters of W-type ferrite absorbent were studied.The results show that W-type ferrite is not formed when the sintering temperature is 1125℃.When the sintering temperature is 1175℃,lamellar W-type ferrite is formed.At 1225℃and 1275℃,the prepared W-type ferrite absorbent shows better absorbing properties.
