高校劳动教育与思想政治教育协同育人的路径探究

Probing into the Path of Cooperative Education Between Labor Education and Ideological and Political Education at Colleges and Universities

高校劳动教育与思想政治教育协同育人,是培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人、落实立德树人根本任务、促进人全面发展的时代要求,具有深厚的逻辑意蕴。基于高校劳动教育与思想政治教育协同育人的现状,在分析二者协同育人的主要成效和现实困境的基础上,指出理念偏差、协同育人机制虚化、平台建设不足是协同育人问题的主要成因。基于当前“劳动教育在高校中被弱化、在家庭中被软化、在社会中被淡化”的现象,提出从课堂教学、校园活动、社会实践、家庭教育及制度保障方面探索优化路径,以推动思想政治教育与劳动教育协同育人效应最大化,进而为中国式现代化建设培养全面发展的时代新人。

The collaborative education of labor education and ideological and political education in universities is the requirement in the new era for cultivating socialist constructors and successors with all-round development in morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics,and labor,implementing the fundamental task of cultivating moral character and fostering talents,and promoting the comprehensive development of human beings,which has profound logical implications.Based on the current situation of collaborative education in labor and ideological and political education in universities,this paper proposes to explore optimization paths in terms of classroom teaching,campus activities,social practice,family education,and institutional guarantees,by analyzing the main achievements,realistic difficulties,and attribution of problems in their collaborative education.The aim is to maximize the synergistic educational effect of ideological and political education and labor education,thereby cultivating newcomers with comprehensive development for Chinese modernization construction.
