白炭黑/粉煤灰并用比对天然橡胶复合材料性能的影响

摘要 采用硅烷偶联剂KH-570分别接枝改性白炭黑和粉煤灰,研究白炭黑/粉煤灰并用比对天然橡胶(NR)/白炭黑/粉煤灰复合材料(以下简称NR复合材料)性能的影响。结果表明:随着粉煤灰用量的增大,NR复合材料的Payne效应明显减弱,这是因为粉煤灰的加入促进了填料(白炭黑/粉煤灰体系)在橡胶基体中的分散;NR复合材料的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率先增大后减小,当白炭黑/粉煤灰并用比为30/10时,NR复合材料的拉伸强度最大,80℃×72 h热空气老化后的拉断伸长率保持率较大;NR复合材料0和60℃时的损耗因子减小,抗湿滑性能和滚动阻力降低。 Silane coupling agent KH-570 was used to graft-modify silica and coal fly ash separately,and the effect of silica/coal fly ash blending ratios on the properties of natural rubber(NR)/silica/coal fly ash composites(hereinafter referred to as NR composites)was studied.The results showed that,with the increase of coal fly ash amount,the Payne effect of NR composite was significantly weakened,which was attributed to the addition of fly ash to promote the dispersion of filler(silica/coal fly ash system)in rubber matrix.The tensile strength and elongation at break of NR composite first increased and then decreased.When the silica/coal fly ash blending ratio was 30/10,the tensile strength of NR composite was the highest,and the elongation at break retention rate after hot air aging at 80℃×72 h was larger.The loss factors at 0 and 60℃of NR composite decreased,and the wet sliding resistance and rolling resistance decreased.
