多阶螺杆连续脱硫制备再生橡胶的研究

摘要 采用多阶螺杆连续脱硫设备将废旧轮胎不同部位破碎成的胶粉制成不同的再生橡胶,研究脱硫挤出机工艺参数对再生橡胶及其再制胶料性能的影响。结果表明:再生橡胶再制胶料性能优劣的胶粉排序为胎面胶粉、胎顶(除去胎侧)胶粉、全胎胶粉;随着脱硫挤出机温度的升高,再生橡胶再制胶料拉伸强度和拉断伸长率变化不大;随着脱硫挤出机螺杆转速的增大,再生橡胶门尼粘度先增大后减小,脱硫挤出机电流减小;随着再生橡胶产量的增大,脱硫挤出机电流增大,再生橡胶门尼粘度减小;精炼挤出机电流增大,再生橡胶门尼粘度增大;在废旧轮胎胶粉脱硫制备再生橡胶过程中,不同取样时间的再生橡胶门尼粘度波动幅度小,精炼挤出机电流基本稳定,表明脱硫挤出机挤出过程及再生橡胶质量相对稳定。 A multi-stage screw continuous desulfurization equipment was used to prepare different types of the recycled rubber by broken rubber powder from different parts of waste tires,and the effects of the process parameters of the desulfurization extruder on the properties of the recycled rubber and its compound were studied.The results showed that,the rubber powder from best to worst performance of the recycled rubber was ranked as tread rubber powder,tire top(excluding sidewall)rubber powder and full tire rubber powder.As the temperature of the desulfurization extruder increased,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the recycled rubber compound had a little change.As the screw speed of the desulfurization extruder increased,the Mooney viscosity of the recycled rubber first increased and then decreased,while the current of the desulfurization extruder decreased.As the yield of the recycled rubber increased,the current of the desulfurization extruder increased,and the Mooney viscosity of the recycled rubber decreased.An increase of the current of the refining extruder resulted in an increase of the Mooney viscosity of the recycled rubber.In the process of preparing the recycled rubber by desulfurization of the waste tire powder,the fluctuation of the Mooney viscosity of the recycled rubber was small at different sampling times,and the current of the refining extruder was basically stable,indicating that the extrusion process of the desulfurization extruder and the quality of the recycled rubber were relatively stable.
