城市核心区作为城市经济、文化、交通的中心,其度假酒店的改造提升对于提升城市形象、满足市场需求、促进旅游发展具有重要意义。本文旨在探讨城市核心区度假酒店改造提升的设计方案,明确了城市核心区度假酒店改造设计的原则,并提出了总体规划布局、建筑设计方案、配套设施与服务优化、智能化与科技应用等改造设计方案,最后提出了改造提升实施流程与计划、环保与安全措施、长期效益评估与可持续发展的实施计划。

Urban core area is the center of urban economy,culture and transportation,the renovation and upgrading of resort hotels in urban core area is of great significance to enhance the image of the city,meet the market demand and promote the development of tourism.This paper aims to discuss the design scheme of the renovation and upgrading of resort hotels in urban core area,clarify the principles of the renovation and design of resort hotels in urban core area,and put forward the overall planning and layout,architectural design scheme,supporting facilities and service optimization,intelligence and technology application and other renovation design schemes,and finally propose the implementation process and plan of renovation and upgrading,environmental protection and safety measures,long-term benefit evaluation and sustainable development.
