如今,随着大城市和特大城市的形成,城市人口大量净流入,城市建筑的平面和立体范围越来越大。建筑作为城市空间发展最重要的发展方式,极大地缓解了城市土地短缺和环境拥堵的问题。在建筑建设中,地基是重要的基础和前提,也是建筑物得以安全施工、使用的保障,为此,必须要对建筑工程的地基进行科学化处理,切实提高建筑工程项目的建设质量,避免在施工和后续使用中出现不必要的安全隐患,影响社会和谐稳定。本文对此作出简要探讨。

At present,with the formation of large cities and super-large cities,there is a large net inflow of urban population,and the plane and three-dimensional scope of urban buildings are increasing.As the most important development mode of urban space development,the building has greatly alleviated the problems of urban land shortage and environmental congestion.In the building construction,the foundation is an important basis and premise,but also the guarantee for safety construction and use of the buildings.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out scientific foundation treatment of the construction project,effectively improve the construction quality of the construction project,and avoid unnecessary safety hazards in the construction and subsequent use,which affect social harmony and stability.This paper briefly explores this issue.
