预制装配式建筑是一种新型的建筑形式,在施工效率提升、资源合理利用、节能环保等方面具有一定优势,受到了国家的推动与人们的青睐,有着越来越广泛的应用。与传统建筑形式相比,预制装配式建筑在施工技术与施工工艺方面存在着一定的差异,如何科学合理应用预制装配式建筑施工技术,提升技术应用效果,保障建筑工程质量成为业内人士十分关注的问题,本文就针对预制装配式建筑施工技术进行论述与分析。

Prefabricated assembled building is a new type of building form,it has certain advantages in construction efficiency improvement,rational utilization of resources,energy conservation and environmental protection,has been promoted by the nation and favored by people,and has been increasingly applied.Compared with the traditional building form,prefabricated assembled building has certain differences in the construction technology and construction process.How to scientifically and rationally apply the construction technology of prefabricated assembled buildings,improve the application effect of technology,and ensure the quality of construction projects has become a problem of great concern to the industry insiders.This paper discusses and analyzes the construction technology of prefabricated assembled buildings.
