随着中国建筑工程领域的不断发展,建筑工程施工技术和施工工艺水平日益提升,特别是高层建筑中应用后浇带施工技术,对现代建筑领域的发展产生了极为重要的作用。建筑工程内部结构组成复杂,对于整个结构的施工要求也更高,施工控制管理难度更大,整体结构极易发生裂缝、沉降、变形等质量问题,对房屋建筑工程的使用安全和外观质量造成很大的影响。基于此,本文对房屋建筑工程中后浇带施工技术展开分析,研究其质量控制因素和施工技术,以期提供参考。

With the continuous development of construction engineering field in China,the levels of construction technology and construction process are improving,especially the application of post-cast strip construction technology in high-rise buildings plays an extremely important role in the development of modern construction field.The internal structure of the construction project is complex,the construction requirements for the whole structure are also higher,the construction control and management are more difficult,and the overall structure is very prone to quality problems such as cracks,settlement,and deformation,which has a great impact on the use safety and appearance quality of the housing construction project.Based on this condition,this paper analyzes the post-cast strip construction technology in housing construction project,and studies its quality control factors and construction technology,so as to provide reference.
