Analysis of Electricity Carbon Emission Levels in“Carbon Neutrality”Context

合理的减排目标和任务需由能源电力安全、经济、技术三者综合考虑确定,可行的减排实施路径是在能源电力安全、碳减排任务约束条件下,满足经济社会发展用电需求,实现最终减排目标兼顾阶段目标的综合选择。基于此,本文主要分析“碳中和”背景下的电力碳排放水平。

Reasonable emission reduction goals and tasks need to be determined based on the comprehensive consideration of energy and power security,economy and technology,and the feasible implementation path of emission reduction is a comprehensive choice to meet the electricity demand of economic and social development and achieve the final emission reduction goals and the staged goals under the constraints of energy and power security and carbon emission reduction tasks.Based on this condition,this paper mainly analyzes the level of electricity carbon emissions in the context of“carbon neutrality”.
