数据保全视角下建设项目电子文件单轨制管理模式研究

Research on Single-Track Management Mode of Electronic Documents of Construction Projects From Data Preservation Perspective

电子文件与电子档案的管理是项目信息化的重要组成部分,本文以合肥水源工程为案例,从数据保全的视角出发,探讨了建设项目电子文件单轨制管理模式的构建与应用。通过对数据保全概念的解读,建立了电子文件单轨制管理模式的理论框架,并在实际工程中应用了电子签章技术和数据化管理方法,以保障电子文件的真实性、完整性、可用性和安全性。研究结果为建设项目电子文件管理提供了有益的经验,推动建设项目信息化管理水平的提升。

The management of electronic documents and electronic archives is an important part of project informatization.This paper takes Hefei water source project as an example to discuss the construction and application of single-track management mode of electronic documents of construction projects from the perspective of data preservation.Through the interpretation of data preservation concept,the theoretical framework of single-track management mode of electronic documents is established,and the electronic signature technology and data management method are applied in the actual project to ensure the authenticity,integrity,availability and security of electronic documents.The research results provide useful experience for electronic document management of construction projects and promote the improvement of informatization management level of construction projects.
