基于SLP法和改进遗传算法的生鲜电商仓储布局优化

摘要 生鲜电商企业的物流配送中心是作为连接供需两端市场的重要节点之一,其布局的合理性对工作效率有着重要的影响,进而影响着顾客消费体验的满意度。通过对Y企业某生鲜物流配送中心布局进行分析,采用系统布局设计法(SLP法)对各功能区之间的物流关系与非物流关系进行确认,构建了一个以功能区间搬运成本最小和综合物流关系最大双重优化目标的仓储布局优化模型,借助MATLAB工具,设计改进遗传算法对该模型进行求解,并与遗传算法求解进行对比,验证了所建模型和改进遗传算法的有效性,最后通过改进遗传算法解码得到科学合理的生鲜仓库布局方案。 The logistics distribution center of fresh e-commerce enterprises,as one of the important nodes connecting the supply and demand markets,has a significant impact on work efficiency due to its reasonable layout,which in turn affects customer satisfaction.By analyzing the layout of Y enterprise′s fresh logistics distribution center,the system layout design method(SLP method)is used to confirm the logistics and non logistics relationships between various functional areas.A warehouse layout optimization model is constructed with the dual optimization goals of minimizing transportation costs in functional areas and maximizing comprehensive logistics relationships.Using MATLAB tools,an improved genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model,and compared with the genetic algorithm solution,the effectiveness of the constructed model and the improved genetic algorithm are verified.Finally,a scientifically reasonable fresh warehouse layout plan is obtained by decoding the improved genetic algorithm.
