高效液相色谱技术在食品中抗生素残留检测中的应用研究

摘要 本文简要分析高效液相色谱技术的原理与特点,梳理其在食品中抗生素残留检测中应用存在的问题,如样品前处理复杂度高、色谱分离选择性不足及检测灵敏度与定量准确性有限等,并提出优化样品前处理方法、改进色谱柱和流动相体系、提升检测器性能与优化定量方法等建议,以期提高检测效能,为保障食品安全提供有力的分析手段。 This paper briefly analyzed the principles and characteristics of high performance liquid chromatography technology,and sorted out the problems existing in its application in the detection of antibiotic residues in food,such as high complexity of sample pretreatment,insufficient selectivity of chromatographic separation,limited detection sensitivity and quantitative accuracy,etc.Some suggestions were put forward,such as optimizing sample pretreatment method,improving chromatographic column and mobile phase system,improving detector performance and optimizing quantitative method,etc.,in order to improve detection efficiency and provide powerful analytical tools for ensuring food safety.
