摘要
本文简要剖析预包装食品质量监管的关键环节,重点针对我国预包装食品质量监管中存在的标签标识规范性不足、溯源体系构建不完善、风险监测覆盖面狭窄等突出问题,从强化标签标识合规审查、推进全程电子溯源体系建设、优化风险监测预警机制等方面提出优化对策,以期为进一步完善预包装食品质量安全治理体系提供理论参考。
This paper briefly analyzes the key links of prepackaged food quality supervision,and focusing on the outstanding problems existing in the quality supervision of prepackaged food in China,such as inadequate label standardization,imperfect traceability system construction,and narrow risk monitoring coverage,puts forward optimization countermeasures from the aspects of strengthening the compliance review of label identification,promoting the construction of the whole electronic traceability system,and optimizing the risk monitoring and early warning mechanism,in order to provide theoretical reference for further improving the quality and safety management system of prepackaged food.
