摘要
面对老龄化社会,保健食品在老年人健康管理中的作用日益突出。本文介绍了保健食品的分类(营养素补充剂、功能性食品、传统滋补品),探讨其在补充营养、辅助治疗慢性病、调节免疫和改善睡眠方面的应用。针对功效夸大、安全性评估不足及药物相互作用等问题,建议加强功效声明审核、开展老年人安全性研究及建立药物相互作用评估机制,以确保保健食品在老年人健康管理中的安全性。
In the face of an aging society,the role of health food in the health management of the elderly is becoming increasingly prominent.This article describes the classification of health foods (nutrient supplements,functional foods,traditional tonics) and explores their applications in supplementing nutrition,assisting in the treatment of chronic diseases,regulating immunity,and improving sleep.In view of the problems of exaggerated efficacy,insufficient safety assessment and drug interaction,it is recommended to strengthen the review of efficacy claims,carry out safety studies for the older adults,and establish a drug interaction evaluation mechanism to ensure the safety of health food in the health management of the older adults.
