摘要
食品计量检定在确保食品检测数据准确性方面起着非常重要的作用,但当前面临标准化缺陷、设备老化和数据管理分散等问题。大数据分析技术在提升量值一致性、保障设备健康和简化数据分析流程方面具有显著优势。基于此,本文引入大数据分析技术,采取建立综合标准数据库、引入预测性维护、应用智能算法等手段,提高食品计量检定的效能,为食品安全提供更可靠的保障。
Food metrological testing plays a very important role in ensuring the accuracy of food testing data,but currently faces problems such as standardization defects,equipment aging,and scattered data management.Big data analysis technology has significant advantages in improving volume consistency,ensuring equipment health,and simplifying data analysis processes.Based on this,this paper introduces big data analysis technology,adopts the means of establishing comprehensive standard database,introducing predictive maintenance,applying intelligent algorithm,etc.,to improve the efficiency of food measurement and verification,and provide more reliable guarantees for food safety.
