草果精油及其应用的研究进展

摘要 草果作为云南道地药材,是一种天然的药食同源品种之一。该文归纳了其挥发油中的成分,总结了其在食品和医药行业的应用,包括调味、抑菌防腐、抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤、防疫等,并对其应用前景进行了展望,旨在为草果质量评价和进一步研究开发提供科学参考依据。 As a well-known traditional Chinese medicine in Yunnan,Amomum tsaoko is one of the natural medicinal and edible homologous varieties.This review classified the chemical constituents of its essential oil and summarized its application in food and medicine industries,including flavoring,bacteriostasis and antisepsis,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,epidemic prevention,and looked forward to its application prospects,aiming to provide scientific reference basis for the quality evaluation and further research and development of Amomum tsaoko.
