摘要
NJF技术是在PNF技术基础上发展而来的新兴运动疗法。近年来,两种运动疗法被运用于各种领域中,尤其是运动和肌骨康复,但鲜少有研究比较两者的效果。文章希望从平衡和肌力角度探究下肢PNF技术和踝关节NJF技术的长期干预效果。研究方法:纳入20名受试者,分为PNF组和NJF组。使用tecnobody平衡测试及训练系统和CON-TREX多关节等速肌力测试及训练系统采集静态平衡能力和踝关节肌力,在干预前(前测)、干预后第一天(后测)和干预后第七天(随访)分别测试。对PNF组和NJF组分别进行下肢PNF技术和踝关节NJF技术干预,每周7次,每次20~25min,共计2周。统计学方法采用双因素重复测量方差分析,显著性水平α=0.05。研究结果:COP包络面积和伸肌相对峰值力矩时间的主效应显著(P<0.05),交互效应和组别的主效应均不显著(P>0.05);COP轨迹长度组别的主效应和交互效应均显著(P<0.05),而时间的主效应不显著(P>0.05)。进一步进行简单效应分析后发现,除时间固定时,COP轨迹长度组别的简单效应不显著(P>0.05)外,其余简单效应均显著(P<0.05)。屈肌相对峰值力矩统计学结果显示,时间和组别的主效应均存在显著性差异(P<0.05),交互效应无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:下肢PNF技术和踝关节NJF技术对提高静态平衡能力和踝关节肌力均有长期效果,且下肢PNF技术对静态平衡能力的作用效果优于踝关节NJF技术。
The NJF technique is an emerging exercise therapy based on the PNF technique.In recent years,both exercise therapies have been utilized in various of fields,especially in sports and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.However only some studies have compared the effects of the two therapies.In the research,we wish to investigate the long-term intervention effects of the lower limb PNF technique and the ankle NJF technique in the balance and musculoskeletal perspective.Methods:Twenty subjects were included and divided into PNF and NJF groups.Static balance and ankle muscle strength were collected using tecnobody balance test and training system and CON-TREX multi-joint isometric muscle strength test and training system and were tested before the intervention,on the first day after the intervention,and on the seventh day after the intervention.Lower limb PNF technique and ankle NJF technique interventions were performed on the PNF and NJF groups,respectively,for 20-25 minutes seven times a week for two weeks.Statistical methods were analyzed using two-way repeated measures ANOVA with significance levelα=0.05.Results:The time main effect was significant(P<0.05)for COP envelope area and relative peak moment of extensor muscles,while the interaction effect and group main effect were not significant(P>0.05);the group main effect and interaction effect of COP trajectory length were significant(P<0.05),while the time main effect was not significant(P>0.05).Further simple effects analyses revealed that the simple effects of COP trajectory length were significant(P<0.05),except for the group simple effect of COP trajectory length when time was fixed,which was not significant(P>0.05).Statistical results of relative peak flexor moments showed significant differences in the main effects of time and group(P>0.05),and no significant differences in the interaction effect(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both the lower limb PNF technique and the ankle NJF technique have long-term effects on improving static balance and ankle muscle strength,and the lower limb PNF technique was more effective than the ankle NJF technique for static balance.
