基层中医院中医特色护理门诊的创建与实践

Establishment and practice of nursing outpatient clinics in the grass-roots hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的探讨基层中医院中医特色护理门诊的创建与实践效果。方法优化中医特色护理门诊布局,培养出诊人员,简化出诊安排服务项目。结果中医特色护理门诊布局逐渐完善,服务人次逐年上升,全民养生意识提升,非药物治疗比例提升。结论开设基层中医院中医特色护理门诊,能满足全民需求,有助于培养中医专科护理护理人才,推动中医护理发展,提升护士职业价值。

Objective To investigate the establishment process and practical effectiveness of nursing outpatient clinics in a certain grass-roots hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Meth-ods A set of improvement measures were carried out including optimizing the layout of outpa-tient service,training visiting personnel,and simplifying the service items of visiting arrange-ment.Results The number of nursing outpatient services has increased year by year,the aware-ness of health care has been improved,and the proportion of non-drug treatment has increased.Conclusion Establishment of nursing outpatient clinics in the grass-roots hospital can meet the health needs of local population,cultivate nursing talents of Traditional Chinese Medicine,pro-mote the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing,and enhance the professional val-ue of nurses.
