深井高应力超前工作面爆破切顶卸压护巷加固技术研究

Research on Reinforcement Technology of Roadway Protection by Blasting Roof Cutting Pressure Relief in High Stress Advanced Working Face of Deep Mine

摘要 以赤峪煤矿C1205工作面地质条件为背景,分析了超前支承压力影响范围,提出了在工作面主动超前卸压与大巷加固相结合的巷道围岩控制技术,对比分析了工作面超前切顶卸压与不切顶对大巷的保护作用,设计了超前切顶参数及大巷加固方案。结果表明:超前工作面爆破切顶人为构造“准裂隙面”,可有效减弱超前支承压力向大巷的传递,工作面回采超前支承压力集中程度降低,距离停采线最近的输送机下山两帮变形量降低47%,顶底板变形量降低43%,取得了较好的卸压效果。采用该技术后,深井高应力工作面回采引起的大巷失稳问题得到有效解决。 Based on the geological conditions of the C1205 working face of Chiyu coal mine,the influence range of the advance abutment pressure is analyzed.The control technology of roadway surrounding rock combined with active advance pressure relief and roadway reinforcement in the working face is proposed.The protective effect of advanced roof cutting and pressure relief and non-roof cutting on the roadway is compared and analyzed,and the advanced roof cutting parameters and roadway reinforcement scheme are designed.The results show that the artificial construction of"quasi-fracture surface"by blasting roof cutting in the advance working face can effectively weaken the transmission of advance abutment pressure to the roadway,and the concentration degree of advance abutment pressure in the working face is reduced.The deformation of the two sides of the conveyor downhill closest to the stop line is reduced by 47%,and the deformation of the roof and floor is reduced by 43%,which has achieved good pressure relief effect.After adopting this technology,the problem of roadway instability caused by the mining of high stress working face in deep mine can be effectively solved.
