深部高应力巷道围岩变形特征及控制技术

摘要 以某矿位于121/2煤层底板的2901岩石大巷支护为背景,为有效控制巷道围岩变形,根据大巷围岩力学结构及层位分布特征,以弹塑性区范围、切向径向应力变化、121/2煤距巷道顶板距离及煤层厚度为依据将巷道划分为常规段、较困难段、困难段三区段进行管理。大巷距121/2煤层底板间距6 m以上时为常规段;大巷距121/2煤层底板间距小于6 m区域为较困难段;大巷顶板破碎及煤层厚度变化较大区域为困难段,对三段分别设计合理的支护方式,并进行数值模拟。对支护效果进行十字布点观测,最大顶底板位移量85 mm,最大两帮位移量111 mm,巷道变形得到了很好的控制,满足安全生产的需求。 Taking the support of the 2901 rock roadway located at the bottom of the 121/2 coal seam of a mine as the background.To effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock,the mechanical structure and stratigraphic distribution characteristics,including the range of elastoplastic zone,tangential radial stress change,a distance of the 121/2 coal from the roadway roof and coal seam thickness,were employed to divide the roadway.The roadway is divided into three sections:conventional section,difficult section and more difficult section.When the roadway is more than 6 m away from the 121/2 coal seam bottom,it is a conventional section;the area where the roadway is separated from 121/2 coal seam bottom and less than 6 m is the difficult section;the area of roadway roof crushing and coal seam thickness change is the more difficult section.The three sections were each designed with reasonable support methods,and the support design was numerically simulated.The effectiveness of the support was observed by the cross-distribution,with the maximum displacement of the top and bottom plates recorded at 85 mm,and the maximum displacement of the two gangs at 111 mm.The deformation of the roadway was found to be well-controlled,meeting the requirements for safe production.
