摘要
介绍了一种精细化管理的虚心旋转回采方法对负伪斜状态下的三角煤进行回采。通过研究综采工作面回采由正伪斜状态调整至零伪斜状态,再调整至负伪斜状态过程中,工作面长度变化,设备数量变化,工序调整,设备及工作面工程质量管控的问题。运用改变机头机尾进刀比例,优化工艺流程,采用留三角煤的工艺,对设备状态进行管理,对设备姿态进行调整,安装防倒千斤顶及单体支柱辅助推移等方法,解决了以上问题,顺利完成工作面的回采工作,安全高效地回收了煤炭资源。研究成果可以运用于其他矿井相似工程。为井工煤矿在极限负伪斜开采方面拓宽了思路,提供了借鉴和参考。
Introduces a fine management of hollow rotating mining method for triangle coal mining under negative pseudo-oblique state.The length of the working face changes during the adjustment from positive to zero and then to negative.Changes in working face length,change in the number of equipment,process adjustment,quality control of equipment and working face engineering.Use to change the head and tail feed ratio,optimize the process flow and adopt the technology of retaining triangle coal,manage equipment status,adjust the attitude of the equipment;the above problems were solved by the installation of anti-toppling measures and the auxiliary pushing of single pillars,and the mining work of the working face was successfully completed,safe and efficient recovery of coal resources.The research results can be applied to similar projects in other mines.It broadens the way of thinking and provides reference for the limit negative pseudo-oblique mining in coal mine.
