氯乙醇合成工艺研究

摘要 介绍了用环氧乙烷和氯化氢合成氯乙醇的方法。通过控制单一变量试验,得到质量分数为85%左右的氯乙醇产品的工艺条件为:环氧乙烷和氯化氢的物质的量的配比为1:1.05,合成反应温度为30℃,中和反应时间为40min(环氧乙烷流量为185kg/h),中和反应温度为25℃。 The synthesis method of chloroethanol by using ethylene oxide and hydrogen chloride as raw materials was introduced.Single variable control experiments were conducted,and the process conditions for a mass fraction of approximately 85%chloroethanol were obtained as follows:The mole ratio of ethylene oxide and hydrogen chloride was 1:1.05,the synthesis reaction temperature was 30℃,the neutralization reaction time was 40 min(for 185 kg/h of ethylene oxide flow rate),and the neutralization reaction temperature was 25℃.
