摘要
将危险与可操作性分析方法应用于氯氢处理装置的风险分析工作。通过划分节点,组织专业技术人员基于引导词和工艺参数,全面地对装置进行了工艺流程中潜在的问题及产生的风险大小进行了分析。针对HAZOP分析结果给出了日常现场安全管理中应采取的安全建议措施。
The risk of chlorine and hydrogen treatment plants is analyzed by hazard and operability analysis method.A comprehensive analysis of potential problems and the magnitude of risks in the process flow of the device is conducted through the following steps:dividing nodes,organizing professional technical personnel based on guiding words and process parameters.Safety suggestions and measures for daily field safety management are proposed according to HAZOP results.
