摘要
河南平煤神马东大化学有限公司厂区外排水(包括生产废水、循环排污水及脱盐水站反渗透浓水)统一收集在现有清净水池;生产废水经厌氧+好氧+沉淀处理后排至清净水池;循环排污水和反渗透浓水直接排入清净水池。这三股水混合后定期外排入园区污水处理厂。提出采用中水回用装置,对循环排污水和脱盐水站的反渗透浓水进行回收与利用,以提高水的循环利用率,降低用水成本及排污费用。
The external drainage(including production wastewater,circulating sewage,and reverse osmosis concentrated water from desalination stations)from Henan Pingmei Shenma Dongda Chemical Co.,Ltd.is collected in the existing clean water tank.The production wastewater is treated by anaerobic,aerobic,and sedimentation processes before being discharged into the clean water tank.Circulating sewage and reverse osmosis concentrated water are directly discharged into the clean water tank.These three streams of water are mixed and regularly discharged into the park's sewage treatment plant.It is proposed to use a recycled water reuse device to recycle and utilize the reverse osmosis concentrated water from the circulating sewage and desalination station.In this way,the recycling rate of water can be improved,and the cost of water use and sewage discharge can be reduced.
