摘要
在推动知识产权高质量发展的背景下,客观准确地评价专利质量对提升创新质量、助力我国实现高水平科技自立自强具有重大意义。本文基于2014年至2023年间中国医疗器械领域专利,运用社会网络分析法从知识网络、合作网络和引文网络三个方面研究中国医疗器械领域专利发展态势,并基于网络结构评价专利质量。研究发现,医疗影像学、手术机器人和康复器械领域创新活力高且技术知识传播范围广。专利质量评价结果显示,合作网络指标在质量评价中占主要地位;中国医疗器械领域专利质量分布不均匀,存在较大进步空间。
In the context of promoting the high-quality development of intellectual property rights,it is of great significance to objectively and accurately evaluate the quality of patents to improve the quality of innovation and help China achieve self-reliance in high-level science and technology.Based on the patents in the field of medical devices in China from 2014 to 2023,this paper uses social network analysis to study the development trend of patents in the field of medical devices in China from three aspects of knowledge network,cooperation network and citation network,and evaluates the quality of patents based on the network structure.The study finds that the fields of medical imaging,surgical robots and rehabilitation devices have high innovation vitality and wide spread of technical knowledge.The results of patent quality evaluation show that the cooperation network index plays a major role in the quality evaluation,and the quality of patents in the field of medical devices in China is uneven,and there is a large space for progress.
