基于SWOT分析的西安市长安区草莓产业发展研究

Development of strawberry industry in Chang'an District of Xi'an City based on SWOT analysis

为探索陕西省西安市长安区草莓产业优质发展的适宜道路,采用SWOT分析法综合、客观地剖析了长安区草莓产业发展状况,探寻制约其发展的主要因素。研究发现,长安区草莓产业具有得天独厚的自然条件和产业基础,但在发展进程中依然面临诸多阻碍因素,存在种植技术应用范围有待提高、种植设施落后、品牌效应差和组织管理落后等问题。在此基础上,从生产技术、品牌创建、配套设施和管理模式等方面提出对策建议,助力长安区草莓产业做大做强。

In order to explore suitable path for high-quality development of strawberry industry in Chang'an District,Xi'an City,Shaanxi Province,the SWOT analysis method was used to comprehensively and objectively analyze development status of strawberry industry in Chang'an District,and explore main factors that restrict its development.Research has found that strawberry industry in Chang'an District has unique natural conditions and industrial foundations,but still faced many obstacles in its development process,such as need to improve application scope of planting technology,outdated planting facilities,poor brand effect,and backward organizational management.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions were proposed from aspects of production technology,brand creation,supporting facilities,and management mode to help strawberry industry in Chang'an District grow and strengthen.
