Research on Countermeasures for the High-Quality Development of Agricultural Machinery Manufacturing Industry in Heilongjiang Province

本研究通过调研黑龙江省农机制造业整体状况,分析找出存在的主要问题。针对存在的问题,结合实际,从加快推进产业结构调整、加快自主创新支持力度和完善产学研合作与人才培养机制等方面提出对策及建议,为促进黑龙江省农机制造业可持续高质量发展提供决策参考。

This study investigates the overall situation of the agricultural machinery manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province and analyzes the main existing problems.Based on these issues and practical considerations,strategies and suggestions are proposed to accelerate industrial restructuring,enhance support for independent innovation,and improve mechanisms for industry-academia collaboration and talent cultivation.These recommendations aim to provide decision-making references for promoting the sustainable and highquality development of the agricultural machinery manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province.
