摘要
随着国内劳动力人口规模下降,劳动力逐步向经济发达地区聚集,直接从事农业生产的劳动力数量和质量开始下滑,发展智慧农业,打造无人农场是解决该问题的重要举措。本文介绍了上海嘉定数字化无人农场建设的主要做法与成效,就存在问题进行了分析,并从农机改装、农田基础设施改进、智慧化决策指挥系统、人才队伍建设等方面提出具体解决办法。
With the decline in the size of the domestic labor force,the labor force gradually gathered to economically developed areas,the quantity and quality of the labor force directly engaged in agricultural production began to decline,and the development of smart agriculture,the creation of unmanned farms is an important measure to solve this problem.This paper introduces the main practices and achievements of the construction of unmanned farms at Waigang,Jiading District,Shanghai,and analyses the existing problems,and from the agricultural machinery transformation,farmland infrastructure improvement,digital management platform optimization,personnel team building and other aspects of specific solutions.
