灌区工程施工期环境影响及防控措施分析——以赣中南地区为例

Environmental Impacts and Prevention Measures of Irrigation Areas Construction--Taking South-Central Jiangxi District as an Example

灌区工程建设对改善灌溉条件、提高农作物产量具有积极意义,对促进地区经济社会可持续发展和巩固脱贫致富成果具有重要作用,各地区纷纷大力推进灌区工程建设。以赣中南地区灌区建设为背景,从水环境、生态环境、大气环境、声环境、固体废物5个方面分析了灌区工程施工对沿线环境的影响,并提出防控措施来减缓施工环境影响,以使施工期对周围环境的影响处于可接受范围内。

The construction of irrigation projects is required to ensure national food security,build a water-saving society,promote agricultural modernization,and deepen the reform of agricultural supply-side structure.Based on the construction of irrigation area in south-central Jiangxi,this paper analyzes the impacts of irrigation areas construction on the environment along the line from five aspects,including water environment,atmospheric environment,acoustic environment,ecological environment and environmental impacts of solid waste.Control measures are put forward to mitigate the impacts of irrigation areas construction on the environment,so as to make the impact on the surrounding environment during the construction period within an acceptable range.
