摘要
肝性脑病是肝硬化患者严重的并发症,预后较差。目前已知氨在肝性脑病的发病过程中占据中心地位,但随着研究的深入,血钠离子、氯离子、锌离子、镁离子也被发现与肝性脑病发病相关;本文通过回顾相关研究,对相关离子与肝性脑病的关系及其致病机制展开综述,以期为临床肝性脑病的诊疗提供新思路。
Hepatic encephalopathy is a serious complication in patients with liver cirrhosis with poor prognosis.At present,it is known that ammonia plays a central role in the pathogenesis of hepatic encephalopathy,but with the deepening of research,blood sodium ion,chloride ion,zinc ion and magnesium ion have also been found to be related to the pathogenesis of hepatic encephalopathy.The relationship between related ions and hepatic encephalopathy and its pathogenic mechanism were reviewed in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical hepatic encephalopathy.
