摘要
由于城市空间规划数据获取难度大,且需要考虑环境、交通、社会等多方面因素的影响,规划难度较高。因此,本文设计基于地理空间信息系统的城市空间规划模型。该模型以支撑层作为模型运行支撑,门户层通过身份认证后,下达城市规划指令,数据层通过奇异值分解方法融合城市空间数据,构建空间数据库,存储各类城市空间数据;应用层调用数据库中的各类城市空间数据,基于空间启发式布局优化方法,实现城市土地布局规划,采用VR-GIS可视化技术,构建城市空间的三维实景。测试结果表明:该模型的三维实景渲染效果良好,城市整体规划的连通性达到0.55以上,PC(probability of connectivity)指标的取值最高值为0.83,可依据用地类别需求完成土地布局规划。
Due to the difficulty in obtaining urban spatial planning data,and the need to consider the impact of environmental,traffic,social and other factors,the planning difficulty is relatively high.Therefore,the urban spatial planning model based on geospatial information system is designed.Therefore,a urban spatial planning model based on geographic spatial information systems is designed.The model is supported by the support layer.After the portal layer passes identity authentication,it issues urban planning instructions.The data layer fuses urban spatial data through singular value decomposition,builds a spatial database,and stores various urban spatial data.The application layer calls various urban spatial data in the database,and based on spatial heuristic layout optimization methods,realizes urban land layout planning.VR-GIS visualization technology is used to construct a three-dimensional reality of urban space.The test results show that the 3D rendering effect of the model is good,and the connectivity of the overall urban planning reaches above 0.55.The highest value of the PC(probability of connectivity)index is 0.83,which can complete land layout planning according to the needs of land use categories.
