软土地区基坑开挖智能监测系统及应用

摘要 随着城市高层建筑和地下空间的快速扩容,基坑工程事故日益多发。传统人工监测方法不仅时效性差,准确性和真实性都难以达标。相比之下,自动化监测方法持续提供实时数据和快速反馈,从而提升施工质量,并降低事故发生的可能性。在此背景下,本文开发了一种智能化基坑监测系统,并就其原理、组成架构以及技术特征等进行了详述。通过某软土地区基坑工程对智能监测系统进行了实际应用,分析基坑开挖过程中的土体深层位移、水位变化以及支撑轴力变化情况,最后对智能化基坑监测系统未来的发展趋势进行展望。结果表明:智能化基坑监测系统能实时采集、传输、计算和预警施工全过程的各项数据,有效弥补了人工监测的缺陷;在软土地区的实际应用中,该系统运作良好,成功识别并处置了2个监测点水平位移和3个支撑轴力的超限安全风险,全面满足了安全施工要求。研究成果可为智能化基坑监测系统在类似工程中的应用提供一定的参考价值。 With the rapid capacity expansion of urban high-rise buildings and underground space,pit engineering accidents are increasingly frequent.Traditional manual monitoring methods not only have poor timeliness,but also fail to meet the standards in terms of accuracy and authenticity.In contrast,automated monitoring methods continuously provide real-time data and quick feedback,thereby improving the quality of construction and reducing the possibility of accidents.Against this backdrop,this paper has developed a smart pit monitoring system and expounded on its principles,structural composition,and technical characteristics.Through the actual application of the smart monitoring system in a pit engineering project in a certain soft soil area,we analyzed the deep displacement of the soil,water level changes and support axis force changes during the pit excavation process,and finally looked forward to the future development trend of the smart pit monitoring system.The results show that the smart pit monitoring system can collect,transmit,calculate and warn all data of the construction process in real time,effectively making up for the deficiencies of manual monitoring.In the actual application in this soft soil area,the system operates well,successfully identified and dealt with over-limit safety risks of horizontal displacement of two monitoring points and support axis force of three,fully meeting the requirements for safe construction.The research results can provide certain reference value for the application of smart pit monitoring system in similar projects.
