西藏墨竹工卡县帮浦矿区铜铅锌原矿的选矿试验研究及生产实践

摘要 为提高选矿经济效益,对帮浦矿区铜铅锌原矿展开了选矿试验研究,小型闭路试验得到了合格铜精矿、铅精矿、锌精矿3个产品。在试验研究成果的基础上,采用AD3低毒环保型抑铅浮铜药剂进行了工业试生产,取得了较为理想的选矿技术指标,铜精矿产量增加,铅精矿品位与质量提高,大大提升了选矿经济效益。 In order to improve the economic efficiency of ore dressing,the conducting experimental research on copper,lead,and zinc polymetallic ores in the Bangpu Mining Area were carried out,while three qualified concentrate copper concentrate,lead concentrate,and zinc concentrate products were yielded by the small-scale closed-circuit test.On the basis of the experimental research results,the utilization of AD3 low-toxicity environmentally friendly lead flotation copper reagents inhibiting chemicals for industrial trial production,achieved more satisfactory beneficiation technical indicators,including increasing the copper concentrate production and improving the grade and quality of lead concentrates,which greatly enhance the economic benefits.
