新质生产力与高质量发展的作用性关系:“智能化—绿色化”整合框架实证分析

摘要 高质量发展是中国式现代化的应然之义和全面建成社会主义现代化强国的首要任务。新质生产力是发展战略性新兴产业和未来产业的新引擎,对于实现经济社会高质量发展具有关键作用。本研究将新质生产力纳入高质量发展的逻辑框架,基于2010—2020年的30个省域面板数据,采用熵权法测度新质生产力发展水平指数和高质量发展水平指数,实证检验新质生产力对高质量发展的作用机制及智能化、绿色化发挥的调节效用。研究结果显示:在整体上,新质生产力对高质量发展的促进作用显著,且促进作用具有长期稳定性;在南北方差异上,南北方新质生产力对高质量发展的促进作用均显著,南方地区新质生产力的促进作用高于北方地区;在老龄化程度差异上,老龄化程度越低,新质生产力对高质量发展的促进作用越明显;智能化与绿色化均赋能新质生产力对高质量发展的促进作用。 The essence of Chinese modernization lies in high-quality development,which is considered the primary goal of a great modern socialist country.The emergence of new quality productive forces has become a crucial driving force for the advancement of strategic emerging industries and future industries,playing a vital role in achieving high-quality economic and social development.This study analyzes panel data spanning 10 years(2010-2020) from 30 provinces,utilizing the Entropy method to measure the new quality productivity development level index and high-quality development level index.The research aims to investigate how new quality productive forces contribute to high-quality development,as well as the impact of intelligent and green technology on this process.The findings indicate that new quality productive forces have a significant and lasting impact on promoting high-quality development overall.Furthermore,the influence is more pronounced in the southern regions compared to the northern regions.Additionally,areas with lower aging populations experience a more substantial promotion effect.Intelligent and green technologies are also found to enhance the capabilities of new quality productive forces in driving high-quality development.
