北京市体育产业高质量发展:特征、趋势与对策——基于全民健身和体育消费视角

Research on the High-Quality Development of Beijing Sports Industry:Characteristics,Trends and Countermeasures——Based on Perspective of Citizen Fitness and Sports Consumption

运用文献研究法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,对北京市全民健身和体育消费进行调研考察,分析北京市体育产业发展状况。研究表明,北京市体育产业消费水平及环境存在较大提升空间,居民已有较为合理的运动参与和体育消费意识,但仍受到基础设施配套和工作压力等制约,新兴体育消费类型比重逐渐增高;北京市体育产业高质量发展总体呈现体育产业经济及社会效益持续增长、产业空间集聚、全民健身内容供给日渐丰富、“放管服”深化改革持续推进等趋势。要进一步完善北京市体育场地设施与体育产品服务供给,升级北京市体育产业结构,促进体育跨界融合及冰雪运动发展,强化政策保障等发展对策,促进北京市体育产业优化升级。

Using the methods of literature research,questionnaire,and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the high-quality develop-ment of Beijing sports industry,and analyzes the general situation of Beijing sports industry development by investigating the citizen fitness and sports consumption in Beijing.The study found that Beijing residents'sports participation and consumption can be divided into three groups,which are mainly influenced by multiple factors such as education level,sports events and price range.On the whole,the consumption level and environment of Beijing's sports industry have great room for improvement.Residents have reasonable sports participation and sports consump-tion consciousness,but they are still restricted by infrastructure and work pressure,and the proportion of emerging sports consumption types is gradually increasing.On the whole,it shows the development trend of sustained growth of economic and social benefits of sports industry,ag-glomeration of industrial space,increasingly rich supply of national fitness content,and deepening reform of"Devolvement Management and Service".It puts forward some development countermeasures based on the research results,such as further improving the supply of sports facili-ties and sports products and services in Beijing,upgrading the structure of sports industry in Beijing,promoting the cross-border integration of sports and the development of ice and snow sports,and strengthening policy guarantee,so as to promote the optimization and promotion of sports industry in Beijing.
