摘要
为了提高全自动旋转式吹瓶机的稳定性,对其封口凸轮进行优化设计。对封头组件的运动过程进行分析,根据组合摆线运动规律,使用Creo软件进行曲线编程,获得封口凸轮曲线。对封口凸轮曲线进行压力角分析、最大加速度验证,并对封口凸轮实物进行试验验证。结果显示,采用组合摆线运动规律设计封口凸轮的吹瓶机单腔平均产能为2750瓶/h,整机平均噪声为78.90 dB(A);和普通方法设计封口凸轮的吹瓶机对比,分别提升22.2%和降低6.18 dB(A)。研究为机械行业的凸轮设计提供借鉴。
In order to improve the stability of fully-automatic rotary bottle blowing machine,the sealing guide cam was optimized.The motion process of the head component was analyzed,and the curve of sealing guide cam was obtained through curve programming according to the combined cycloidal motion law using Creo.The pressure angle analysis and the maximum acceleration verification of the sealing guide cam curve were carried out,and the actual sealing guide cam was verified by experiment.The results show that the average capacity of single cavity of the bottle blowing machine whose sealing guide cam is designed by the combination cycloidal motion law is 2750 bottles/h,and the average noise of the whole machine is 78.90 dB(A);Compared to the bottle blowing machine whose sealing guide cam is designed by the ordinary method,the capacity of single cavity is increased by 22.2%;and the noise of the whole machine is reduced by about 6.18 dB(A).The research provides reference for CAM design in mechanical industry.
