商品住房质量投诉分析及监管对策

摘要 以南京江北新区核心区商品住房为样本,对 2022 年竣工交付项目投诉情况进行分析,梳理新形势下商品住房投诉主要问题类别、表现形式及购房者心态。从质量监管的角度探讨商品住房投诉源头治理的具体措施,为减少投诉、化解矛盾、提升品质提供参考。 The paper takes the core area of Nanjing Jiangbei New Area as a case study to analyze the complaints of completed and delivered projects in 2022,and to sort out the main types,manifestations and buyers'mentality of complaints about commercial housing under the new situation.Exploring specific measures for addressing the source of complaints about commercial housing from the perspective of quality supervision,the paper provides reference for reducing complaints,resolving conflicts and improving quality.
