建筑结构安全性鉴定工作规范应用的若干问题探讨

Discussion of the Application about the Standard in Identification of Building Structure Safety

建筑物在使用过程中,因受设计、施工、使用、改变用途、环境变化、各种灾害等因素影响,需要进行结构安全性鉴定,而鉴定标准相对设计规范在条文执行方面自由度较大,有许多关键性问题需鉴定人员依据自己的专业经验评判,因此,在鉴定工作中容易对规范条文的理解和执行出现偏差。论文结合工作实践,就鉴定标准应用方面的问题进行探讨。

During the service life of buildings,structural safety identification is required due to factors such as design,construction,used,change of application,environment change and various disasters,while the identification standard are more flexible than Design specifications in implementing the provisions.There are many key issues to be identified by judges based on their professional experience.Therefore,it is easy to be deviated about the understanding and implementation of the norms in the appraisal work.This article discusses the application of the appraisal standard in combination with some work practice.
