超限A类高层建筑抗震鉴定方法研究——以上海联谊大厦为例

摘要 以上海联谊大厦装修检测项目为例,介绍了对于建造于 20 世纪 80 年代超过 10 层的高层建筑,在抗震鉴定时,不满足上海市工程建设规范 DGJ 08-81-2021《现有建筑抗震鉴定与加固标准》对 A 类钢筋混凝土结构房屋总层数不超过 10 层的要求时的鉴定方法,通过调研该建筑原设计采用的相关设计标准对其进行抗震措施鉴定,并采用现行规范规定的方法进行构件抗震承载力验算,计算时考虑构造影响和地震作用折减,最终对房屋综合抗震能力进行评定。通过该项目得到的结论,可为后续相似工程提供参考。 Based on the decoration and inspection project of Shanghai Lianyi Building,this paper introduces the method of seismic appraisal for high-rise buildings with more than 10 storeys built in the 1980s,which does not meet the requirement of the total storeys of Class A reinforced concrete structure buildings with less than 10 storeys in the“Standard for Seismic Appraisement and Strengthening of Existing Buildings”(DGJ 08-81-2021)of the current Shanghai construction code.That is,to investigate the relevant design standards used in the original design of the building to evaluate its seismic measures,and to use the method stipulated in the current code to check the seismic bearing capacity of the components,considering the structural impact and seismic action reduction during calculation,and finally to evaluate the comprehensive seismic capacity of the building.The conclusions obtained from this project can be used as reference for subsequent similar projects.
