摘要
随着船舶进出闸速度的提高,碰撞闸门风险增大。为保障船闸与船舶的安全性,基于重力消能原理提出一种船闸闸门新型重力消能式防撞装置,具有满足水位变幅大、机构简易、易于维护等特点。同时根据长洲四线船闸工程设计了主要由双卷筒卷扬机、消能配重组件、浮筒机架、拦阻链索4个主要部分组成的防撞装置。现场撞击试验表明:当3000吨级满载散货船分别以0.3 m/s和0.6 m/s的速度撞击拦阻链索时,配重与浮筒的高度被提升,拦阻链索最大拉力为8.6 t,船舶的制动最大距离为12.8 m,均在设计允许的范围内。该防撞装置能有效抵挡船舶的撞击,保护船闸闸门,提高船闸的通航安全性和通航效率,具有良好的推广应用价值。
As the speed of entering and exiting the gate increases,the risk of ship collision with the gate increases.To ensure the safety of ship locks and vessels,a new type of gravity energy dissipation anti-collision device for ship lock gates based on the principle of gravity energy dissipation was proposed,which has the characteristics of large water level variation,simple mechanism,and easy maintenance.At the same time,an anti-collision device was designed based on the Changzhou Fourth Line Shiplock Project,which mainly consists of four main parts:a double drum winch,energy dissipation counterweight components,a float frame,and an arresting chain cable.On site impact tests show that when a 3000 ton class fully loaded bulk carrier collides at speeds of 0.3 m/s and 0.6 m/s respectively,the height of the counterweight and floating drum is raised,the maximum pulling force of the restraining rope is 8.6 tons,and the maximum braking distance of the ship is 12.8 meters,both within the allowable range of the design.This anti-collision device can effectively resist the impact of ships,protect the lock gates,improve the navigation safety and efficiency of the lock,and has good promotion and application value.
