底拖与定向钻组合技术在海底输水管道铺设中的应用及优化

摘要 为保障输水管道在海底铺设过程中可以顺利实施,以洞头陆域引调水工程一期大门岛至鹿西岛海底铺管为例,针对该工程中管道铺设距离长、埋深深度不一、通航条件较为复杂、铺设区存在各类海底光(电)缆等问题,采用底拖与定向钻组合的施工工艺进行海底铺管,在通航影响范围以外使用底拖法铺管,在通航区域内采用定向钻工艺进行海底铺管,本工艺可提高海底管道铺设的效率与安全。同时,对管道配重工序进行工艺优化,通过比选最终选定以增加管道壁厚为本工程的配重方案,既提高了管道的耐腐蚀性能,施工成本也得到了有效的控制。 In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the water pipeline during the submarine laying process,taking the submarine pipeline laying from Damen Island to Luxi Island in the first phase of the Dongtou Land Diversion Project as an example,in view of the problems such as long pipeline laying distance,different buried depths,complicated navigation conditions,and various types of submarine light(electricity)cables in the laying areas,the construction process of using a combination of bottom towing and directional drilling for submarine pipeline laying was adopted.The bottom towing method was used to lay the pipeline outside the navigable area,and the directional drilling process was used to lay the submarine pipeline in the navigable area,which can improve the efficiency and safety of submarine pipeline laying.At the same time,the process optimization of the pipeline weight process was optimized.The final decision was to increase the pipeline wall thickness as the weight scheme for this project through comparison,which improved the corrosion resistance of the pipeline and effectively controlled the construction cost.
