新时代师德修养:现实困境、逻辑转向及实践进路 被引量:1

Teacher’s Ethics Cultivation in the New Era:Realistic Dilemma,Logical Turn,and Practical Approach

摘要 师德养成是“外塑”和“内生”相结合的产物,师德养成既离不开教育政策规制和社会力量整体监督,还需要研究范式逻辑转向和教师群体道德自觉,如此才有利于破解现实中师德修养的复杂问题,进而更好地为实现教育现代化、建设教育强国、培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人培育大国良师。实践中,师德修养面临着主体残缺、边界泛化和价值错位的实践样态,师德修养正呈现出由“融合场域”迈向“专业场域”、由“外驱逻辑”转向“内驱逻辑”、由“传统师德”走向“现代师德”的复杂特征,经历着场域重构、动力转换和价值变迁的逻辑转向。师德修养应突破现实困境和适应逻辑转向思维,明确师德修养目标、优化师德修养场域、转换师德修养思维,重构师德修养主体、强化专业师德培育、塑造教师美好形象,对师德修养进行全新阐释和重构,完成对师德修养主体性的逻辑转换,促进新时代教师以德立身、以德立学、以德施教、以德育德。 The cultivation of teacher ethics is a product of the combination of“external shaping”and“internal generation”.The cultivation of teacher ethics is inseparable from educational policy regulations and the overall supervision of social forces.And it also requires the logical shift of research paradigms and the moral consciousness of teacher groups.Based on this,it will be easier to solve the complex problems of teacher ethics cultivation in reality,thus better cultivating good teachers for the modernization of education,the construction of an educational power,and the cultivation of new generations who bear the responsibility for the national rejuvenation.In practice,teacher ethics cultivation faces a complex pattern of incomplete subjects,generalized boundaries,and misplaced values.Teacher ethics cultivation is moving from a“fusion field”to a“professional field”,from an“external driven logic”to an“internal driven logic”,and from a“traditional teacher ethics”to a“modern teacher ethics”,experiencing a logical transformation of field reconstruction,power transformation,and value change.Therefore,teacher ethics cultivation should break through practical difficulties and adapt to a logical shift in thinking,clarify the goals of teacher ethics cultivation,optimize the field of teacher ethics cultivation,transform the thinking of teacher ethics cultivation,reconstruct the main body of teacher ethics cultivation,strengthen the professional ethics cultivation,shape a beautiful image of teachers,conduct a new interpretation and reconstruction of teacher ethics cultivation,complete the logical transformation of the subjectivity of teacher ethics cultivation,and promote the new era of teachers to establish themselves with morality,learn with morality,teach with morality,and cultivate morality through morality.
