系统观念视域下小学全科教师的角色重塑

摘要 在专业发展劳形、职业前景朦胧、公共需求两难的三重困境下,小学全科教师角色转型势在必行。立足新时代,应赋予小学全科教师“全”方位参与“科”目育人的专业角色、“全链条”荣膺“科”律保障的职业角色、“全”覆盖均衡“科”品分配的公共角色,以期落实学生的全面发展、政策的全面保障、资源的全面渗透。系统观念是马克思主义中国化时代化的创新成果,坚持系统观念是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的世界观和方法论的重要内容,是中国特色全科教师角色重塑的实践遵循。新时代全科教师角色重塑需前瞻性思考走好造就拔尖创新人才的专业先手棋,全局性谋划走稳卓越教师持续培养的职业关键棋,整体性推进走准优化区域资源配置的公共制胜棋。 Currently,professional development takes a toll on physical health,career prospects are obscure,and there exists a dilemma in public demand.In light of these difficulties,the role transformation of primary school all-subjects teachers is imperative.In the new era,primary school all-subjects teachers should be given the professional role of fully participating in subject education,the career role of the whole chain of subject law guarantee,and the public role of full coverage and balanced subject distribution,in order to implement the comprehensive development of students,the comprehensive guarantee of policies and the comprehensive penetration of resources.System concept is the important thinking tendency in the new era of localization of Marxism in China,and adhering to the system concept is the important content of world outlook and methodology of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and also what role redefinition of all-subjects teachers with Chinese characteristics should follow in practice.In redefining the role of all-subjects teachers in the new era,we should adopt a proactive approach to fostering top-notch innovative talents by taking the professional initiative,devise an overall plan to execute crucial professional strategies to ensure the continuous development of exceptional teachers,and promote public-winning strategies to optimize allocation of regional resources.
