摘要
就业是残疾大学生与社会最好的融合,而就业能力是实现这种融合的关键。残疾大学生就业能力形成的机理是以心理资本发展为起点,引发心理资本系统、人力资本系统和社会资本系统的交互“,三维资本”协同整合、融合共生,可促使残疾大学生可持续就业能力提升。“三维资本”视域下优化残疾大学生可持续就业能力禀赋的内在逻辑:从封闭到开放,与外界交互融合;从开放到协同,优化能力禀赋;从协同到交互,整合促成就业能力涌现。个体主动“增能”和外部推动“赋能”,协同提升残疾大学生心理、人力和社会资本存量,实现残疾大学生就业能力的全面提高,进而拓展新时代残疾大学生可持续发展的协同治理路径。
Employment is the best integration between disabled college students and society,and employability is the key to achieving this integration.The mechanism of the formation of employability of disabled college students starts from the development of psychological capital,triggering the interaction of psychological capital system,human capital system,and social capital system.The synergistic integration and symbiosis of“three-dimensional capital”can promote the improvement of the sustainable employability of disabled college students.The internal logic of optimizing the sustainable employability endowment of disabled college students from the perspective of“three-dimensional capital”includes such aspects as interacting and integrating with the outside world from closed to open,optimizing capability endowments from openness to collaboration,and integrating and promoting the emergence of employability from collaboration to interaction.By actively“empowering”individuals and externally promoting“empowerment”,we can synergistically enhance the psychological,human,and social capital stock of disabled college students,and achieve the comprehensive improvement of their employability so as to expand the collaborative governance path for the sustainable development of disabled college students in the new era.
