智能时代高校教师专业发展的机遇、困境及突破路径

摘要 智能时代对高校教师专业发展提出了新的目标和要求。高校教师如何紧抓智能技术发展的时代机遇以推动自身专业发展成为非常紧迫的话题。智能技术赋能高校教师专业发展的应然逻辑认为,智能技术在助推教师角色转向、引发教师情感回归和点燃教师专业智慧等方面有特殊作用,但也存在着政策支撑的统整性与教师发展现实之困,研修成效的局限性与教师需求个性之困,技术进步的已然性与教师创新能力滞后之困,技术迭代的未知性与教师主体缺失之困,技术话语的垄断性与师生交往消弭之困等问题。要加强顶层设计,完善智能时代高校教师专业发展“人机”融合的培育机制;强化技术支撑,创建智能时代高校教师专业发展“学教共享”的研修机制;提升创新能力,助力智能时代高校教师专业发展“知行”合一的变革机制;培育主体意识,促成智能时代高校教师专业发展“内外”兼备的能动机制;回归育人原点,深化智能时代高校教师专业发展“他我”共生的交互机制。这些措施是智能时代高校教师专业发展的有效路径。 The intelligent age has put forward new goals and requirements for the professional development of university teachers.How university teachers can seize the opportunities of intelligent technology development to promote their professional development has become a very urgent topic.The essential logic behind empowering the professional development of university teachers with intelligent technology is that it plays a special role in promoting the transformation of teacher roles,triggering emotional regression of teachers,and igniting professional wisdom of teachers.However,there are problems such as the integration of policy support and the reality of teacher development,limitations in training effectiveness and the individual needs of teachers,the alreadyness of technological progress and the lag of teachers’innovation ability,the unknown nature of technological iteration and the lack of teacher subjectivity,the monopoly of technological discourse and the elimination of teacher-student communication.We need to strengthen top-level design to improve the cultivation mechanism of human-machine integration for the professional development of university teachers in the intelligent age,intensify technical support to create a training mechanism for“learning and teaching sharing”in the professional development of university teachers in the intelligent age,enhance innovative capabilities to promote the transformation mechanism of“knowledge-action”unity in the professional development of university teachers in the intelligent age,cultivate subject consciousness to promote a dynamic mechanism of“internal and external”combination for the professional development of university teachers in the intelligent age,and return to the starting point of education to deepen the interactive mechanism of“others and me”symbiosis in the professional development of university teachers in the intelligent age.These measures are effective paths for the professional development of university teachers in the intelligent age.
