摘要
劳动教育的结果幸福大有可为,主要是因为:一方面,结果幸福是劳动教育幸福的逻辑终点,因为劳动教育的起点幸福、过程幸福都需要通过结果幸福来见证与确认;另一方面,结果幸福惟有依仗教育者的卫护与升华,才能够最大程度地发挥劳动教育的幸福功能。劳动教育关照结果幸福应内含三重意蕴:在物质维度上,让学生劳有所获;在社交维度上,让学生劳有所值;在精神维度上,让学生劳有所信。为了使劳动教育能更好地关照结果幸福,教育者需践行如下之策:首先,遵守公正法则,确保学生劳有所获;其次,运用赏识原理,承认学生的劳动成果;最后,利用强化规律,升华学生的劳动精神。
The result happiness of labor education is promising.On the one hand,result happiness is the logical destination of the happiness of labor education,because the starting happiness and the process happiness of labor education need to be witnessed and confirmed through the result happiness.On the other hand,only by relying on the educator’s protection and sublimation,can the function of happiness of labor education be performed to the greatest extent.Labor education takes care of the result happiness,which at least contains the following three implications:first,in the material dimension,students should obtain material gains through labor;second,in the social dimension,students should gain recognition through labor;and third,in the spiritual dimension,students should gain faith through labor.In order to make labor education better care for result happiness,educators need to practice the following policies.First of all,educators must abide by the law of justice to ensure that students get something out of their efforts.Secondly,the principle of appreciation should be used to recognize the achievements of students’labor.Finally,educators should use the law of reinforcement to sublimate the students’labor spirit.
