建筑基础筏板大体积混凝土温度裂缝控制研究

摘要 高层建筑基础筏板厚度厚、面积大,其属于大体积混凝土结构。如果施工中不加以控制,极易因混凝土内外温度梯度而出现温度裂缝。研究依托郑航嘉苑建设项目基础筏板施工实际,对大体积混凝土温度裂缝的成因进行了分析,并提出了大体积混凝土温度裂缝的控制措施。结果表明:通过严选原材、优化配比、改良方法、测温控温等一系列温控措施,有效避免了裂缝的生成。 The foundation raft of high-rise buildings is thick and has a large area,belonging to the category of large volume concrete structures.If not controlled during construction,temperature cracks are likely to occur due to temperature gradients inside and outside the concrete.Based on the actual construction of the foundation raft of the Zhenghang Jiayuan construction project,this study analyzes the causes of temperature cracks in large volume concrete and proposes control measures for temperature cracks in large volume concrete.The results show that a series of temperature control measures,such as strict selection of raw materials,optimization of ratios,improvement methods,and temperature measurement and control,have effectively avoided the generation of cracks.
